FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What should we bring?
Just yourselves! Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and a willingness to sing and play. 

What is your refund policy?
Full refunds up to 7 days before the session begins. Due to small class sizes, missed classes cannot be made up or refunded. 

What’s the class size?
Classes are intentionally kept small at around 8-10 students. 

What if my child is fussy or distracting others? 
Babies and children are impacted by the emotions and actions of those around them. If your child is upset or having a hard time following instructions, you may be asked to leave the room until they are ready to join the class and try again. 

What if I need to feed or change my baby?  
There is a mother's nursing room directly across from the study room and the bathrooms have changing tables. 

Can I drop off my child? 
Only the Big Blossoms  (3-5 year olds) class is a drop off class and the guardian must stay at the location until the lesson is finished. You may stay in the atrium area of the church or visit River coffee.

REMINDERS

• Please have your child use the restroom before the lesson. 
• No food is allowed in the studio but you are certainly welcome to eat or drink at the tables near River Coffee. 
• Attendants will be asked to remove shoes outside the door and wear socks during the lesson to keep the carpet clean for sitting on.
• Supervise siblings; only use River coffee or play area before or after lessons.
